Redmond parcel slated for development needs school sites to proceed

REDMOND — A 400-acre chunk of land northwest of Redmond city limits slated to hold thousands of new homes will not win annexation into the city unless parcels for new schools are identified, said Nick Lelack, the city’s planning manager.
