Hotshots set to begin first round of playoffs

The Central Oregon Hotshots are scheduled to take on the Santa Barbara (Calif.) Breakers in the first round of the International Basketball League's West Region playoffs on Friday in Portland.

Tip-off is set for 1:30 p.m. at Warner Pacific College. The playoffs run through July 1.
