MADRAS - Central Oregon's farmers are seeing results from last year's release of a predatory wasp to destroy a crop-eating pest, the cereal leaf beetle, but many farmers are still using chemical sprays to stop the beetle before it destroys their crops, agriculture industry officials said Tuesday....
