Breedlove Guitar Co. will get a $30,000 flexible loan from a state agency to help with its move from cramped quarters in Tumalo to a new building in Bend's NorthWest Crossing. Gov. Ted Kulongoski's office announced the loan award from the Governor's Strategic Reserve Fund on Wednesday.....
