Julius ‘Jay’ Floyd Binder, of Madras, died June 9 of natural causes. He was 86.

A recitation of the rosary will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Madras. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m.....
