Searchers this morning found a Madras man, who was reported missing Sunday in the Deschutes National Forest.
Sgt. Marvin Combs, of the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office, said Mark McFarland was in good shape when he was found at about 8:15 a.m. in between Big Finger and Little Finger....
