Skin cancer clouded the start of Kailin Downs' pro golf career, but the Bend golfer is playing on the Futures Tour, determined to pursue her lifelong dream

Life on the Futures Tour has taken some getting used to for Kailin Downs. But then, it isn't exactly the Intermountain Conference, which Downs pretty much dominated in winning three consecutive individual district championships while at Mountain View High School in Bend.

Nor is it NCAA....
