Bend teen is top rider at Mt. Hood Cycling Classic

HOOD RIVER - Ian Boswell, a 16-year-old road-bike racer from Bend, topped the Category 3 men's division at the Mt. Hood Cycling Classic, which concluded Sunday.

The event, a nationally recognized stage race, included six separate fields for professional and amateur bike riders.
