Broken Top Club members file suit against owner

A group of Broken Top Club members sued the club's new owner, Broken Top Partners LLC, on Thursday, asking the Deschutes County Circuit Court to uphold a membership buyout plan previously agreed upon between golf club members and the club's previous ownership.
