Bend Rugby Club falls in Elite Eight playoffs

COLUMBIA, S.C. - The Bend Rugby Club competed in the Division III Elite Eight Playoff Tournament held May 12 and 13. The top eight Division III Rugby teams in the U.S. competed; Bend, the No. 7 seed, played the second-seeded team, The Boston Irish. The Roughriders lost the match, 42-18.
