The owner of Bend's NBC affiliate has finalized its purchase of the local Fox affiliate, officials said Friday. NPG of Oregon Inc. now owns both KTVZ-TV and KFXO-TV, otherwise know as Fox Central Oregon. Chris Gallu, general manager of KTVZ, said the company has no plans to reduce KFXO's local....
