Cascade Healthcare, ER physician named in family's $2 million suit

The family of Candace Mein, a former employee of Cascade Healthcare Community's food services department, is suing the hospital group for $2 million over her 2005 death.

The lawsuit, which was filed in Deschutes County Circuit Court last week, also names Dr. Lynn McDonald, an emergency room....
