Even though she uses a wheelchair to get around, 23-year-old Teresa Schroder is almost always on the go.

"I can't sit still," the Bend resident said. "I absolutely can't sit still."

In February 2005, Schroder fractured three vertebrae in her neck in a snowboarding accident.....
