Water rates, other fees to get a boost in Redmond

Redmond residents can expect small bumps in their water and sewer rates in the coming year under a new set of fees set to be approved by the City Council on Tuesday.

A number of other fees are also getting a boost, including a 42 percent jump in the cost of ambulance rides and a 43 percent hike....
