The history of the Pilot Butte/A&W Drive-In goes back farther than the 1970 date mentioned in the April 29 Bulletin article. The drive-in had been in business years before we purchased it in 1967; we sold it in 1970.
Those were the days when we made our own root beer, peeled and cut fresh....
