Bend drop boxes take sting out of rate hike

Surprise, surprise. The post office is at it again.

That's right, we're talking about the price of stamps. Monday, a first-class stamp jumped two cents, meaning it will now cost 41 cents to send a bill or mail a birthday card to Mom.
