$4M lawsuit filed for skier's death in '04

2 separate suits name Cascade Healthcare, alleging negligence

The parents of a Wisconsin girl who died after a fall at Mt. Bachelor three years ago are suing AirLife of Oregon and Cascade Healthcare Community, parent company of St. Charles Medical Centers in Bend and Redmond, for $4 million, according to a complaint filed in Deschutes County Circuit....
