Madras to keep a close eye on city landmarks

Officials hope cameras will deter vandals at roundabout, skatepark

MADRAS - They'll watch over grizzly bear sculptures at an east-side traffic circle and kids playing at the Madras Bike and Skate Park on the west side of town.
