Manufacturer expects to bring back remaining 160 workers in stages

Columbia Aircraft Manufacturing Corp. announced Tuesday that it has recalled 25 of the 185 employees it temporarily laid off March 22.

The employees - who work in assembly and upholstery - started work Monday, officials said. The remaining 160 workers will return in stages, as the company ramps....
