Jefferson County Historical Society to begin fundraising for new museum

MADRAS - It's taken them 10 years, and some have started losing their eyesight and hearing.

But the Jefferson County Historical Society, made up mostly of senior citizens, finally has details for what members say will be the Central Oregon Heritage Center.
