Paving work along U.S. Highway 20 from the Cold Springs Cutoff Road to Cascade Meadow Ranch Road is expected to wrap up this week, according to a news release from the Oregon Department of Transportation.
On that route, motorists can expect delays of up to 10 minutes during lane closures, today....
