To ease parking headaches and congestion, the Bend Metro Park and Recreation District will hold a separate, in-person registration for only summer youth programs from 8 a.m. to noon May 5 at Juniper Swim & Fitness Center and the district office on Pacific Park Lane, just off Portland....
