A Prineville man with warrants out for his arrest in both Des-chutes and Crook counties was arrested at 2 p.m. Thursday at home after authorities learned he was hiding and holding his girlfriend captive there, according to a news release from the Redmond-Deschutes Street Crimes Unit.
