Lawmakers want to keep weapons, fuel away from intoxicated people

SALEM - You almost wonder why they didn't think of this one before.

The House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday opened hearings on legislation that would make it illegal to sell or give a gun, explosives, a car or fuel to a person who is visibly intoxicated.
