Higher ed's future in Bend

I have been waiting for someone with authority and knowledge to write about Juniper Ridge and possible higher education. Robert Barber did so April 11. I have long felt that Juniper Ridge is not best for higher education in Bend, but I am not an authority on that subject.

I hope the City Council....
