The city of Bend will hold an open house Thursday to update residents on the Residential Lands Study and the ongoing process to expand the urban growth boundary.
The open house will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Bend National Guard Armory, 875 S.W. Simpson Ave., near the Old Mill District.....
