Bicyclist killed in Bend by hit-and-run driver

A female bicyclist was killed early this morning when she was struck by a hit-and-run driver on Third Street on Bend's south side.

Lt. Ken Stenkamp said the bicyclist, who has not been identified, was killed about 2:30 a.m. when she was hit from behind while riding north on Third.
