Students adopt injured snowboarder

Students to wash cars, clean yards and baby-sit to raise money

Christa Colburn and Tamara Evans know what they'll be doing this weekend.

The eighth-graders at High Desert Middle School in Bend plan to organize a car wash with their classmates. They might also do yardwork for their neighbors or offer free baby-sitting services - all in the name of helping....
