Man arrested in pet poisonings at Crooked River Ranch

Jefferson County Sheriff's deputies arrested a man today on charges related to the poisoning of pets at Crooked River Ranch.

Alan Roy Whitacre, 68, was arrested on suspicion of two counts of first-degree aggravated animal abuse.
