Masters skiers become giants of the hill

MOUNT BACHELOR - Through the heavy fog and freezing rain, Masters skiers rode blindly through the giant slalom race Saturday, in dramatic contrast to Friday's clear, sunny skies at Mt. Bachelor ski area.

"It's called braille skiing," said Bend's Dave Cornish, 50, after his first run.....
