A one-block stretch of Northwest Federal Way will be closed today between Northwest Cumberland and Elgin avenues, according to release from the city of Bend.
The closure will run from 7 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Drivers will be able to detour on either Northwest Cumberland or Elgin avenues, or road....
