Crook County sheriff's deputies took an 18-year-old Prineville man and a 17-year-old Prineville juvenile into custody Saturday after they had allegedly shot a sign in the Ochoco National Forest. The sign, which said, "Training Exercise Ahead," warned drivers of Sheriff's Office....
