Police cite juvenile for reckless burning

Bend Police cited a juvenile Monday for reckless burning in the case of a brush fire March 26, on a vacant lot belonging to Eastmont Church on Eagle Road.

The fire engulfed a 15-foot-high juniper tree and moved to nearby brush and trees. No one was injured and no other property was damaged.
