If you'd like to make healthier meals and get out of the same old beef, pork, chicken and fish rotation, try tofu, tempeh and seitan (say-tan) for a change. They're vegetarian alternatives to meat that are surprisingly easy to prepare.
And many meat alternatives take on the flavors of the foods....
