ODOT appears to be the only group concerned about the impact that thousands of cars from Juniper Ridge crowding and congesting U.S. Highway 97 and the Bend Parkway. The Bend City Council is so gung-ho to make Juniper Ridge work that I've never read of any concern from it about the road....
