Unique operation eases Redmond boy's tumor

REDMOND - As a baby, Blake Cooper's parents thought he had a funny laugh.

"He would go, 'Hee, hee, hee, hee, hee,'" said his mom, Sierra Cooper, 28. "We thought, 'Oh that boy is so silly.' We didn't think anything of it."
