Fire officials plan burn near Sisters

Fire specialists plan to ignite a 70-acre controlled burn today, three miles west of Sisters, next to the Crossroads subdivision, according to a release from officials with the Deschutes National Forest.

Smoke may settle with cooler air in the morning and evening, according to the release.....
