Sister Cities program brings Japanese, American students together in Madras

MADRAS - She is amazed by how much Americans drive and by how many teenagers in Madras own cars.

Since Friday, Yukako "Yuka" Narusawa, 17, and three other teenage girls from Tomi City, Japan, have marveled at much of what they've seen during their trip to Central Oregon.
