A new retailer has opened in the former Gambit Games location at 815 N.W. Wall St. in downtown Bend. Cascade Cottons opened Sunday, selling Bend- and Central Oregon-themed resort apparel, said store owner Ted Howe. Howe moved to Bend 1 1/2 years ago from Nantucket, Mass., and has been working....
