Museum's tea party brings Japanese culture to Bend

As her bigger sister helped open a package of rice crackers Sunday afternoon, Hannah LeBoeuf lamented about the utensils provided at a Japanese tea party they were attending.

"I don't know how to use chopsticks. I'm just 4," she said.
