While most roadway projects in Deschutes County are on winter shutdown status, the Oregon Department of Transportation will likely resume work this week on U.S. Highway 20 from the Cold Springs Cutoff Road to Cascade Meadow Ranch Road.

Road crews will continue the projects only if weather....
