In regards to GUANO, er BAT, not all is lost. Option one, personally drive the buses back, tell them "in your face, disgrace," then hitchhike back to Bend. Option two, drive them off a cliff. Option three, hire 50 mechanics. The obvious question, why didn't the city of Bend buy new....
