Braxton Michael Monson may become the poster boy for a new Deschutes County jail. He should have been in jail on Feb. 1. Instead, that day he allegedly beat another man until he was unconscious. Monson has now been charged with attempted murder.

Monson has been arrested and matrixed four times.....
