Sno-park trails get fresh snow

A week's worth of new snow has most Central Oregon sno-parks operating at full tilt.

"We're back in business," noted Deschutes National Forest trails specialist Chris Sabo.

As much has 3 to 4 feet of new snow has fallen in the backcountry, with about 2 feet at Swampy and Meissner....
