Upgrade set for Sisters ElementarySchool board approves $700,000 to improve roof, lights, insulation

SISTERS - When students return to Sisters Elementary School in the fall, they'll be greeted with a new gable over the entrance, brighter and more efficient lights inside and several changes inside the walls that they won't see.

By a unanimous vote, the Sisters School Board approved Monday night....
