HAZELNUT APRICOT BISCOTTI

Makes 48.

1 C sugar

1/2 C butter, softened

2 tsp vanilla

4 med eggs

1 C finely ground hazelnuts

3 C all-purpose flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 1/2 C coarsely chopped toasted hazelnuts

1 1/2 C coarsely chopped dried apricots
