Sisters council takes steps to OK Sun Ranch project

SISTERS - Without taking a vote, the Sisters City Council gave its tacit approval for the Sun Ranch multiuse development on the north side of the city at a meeting Thursday night.

The Sun Ranch plan has gone back and forth between local developer Shane Lundgren and the city for more than a year.....
