It's high time for Oregon to level the field for its farmers

When Oregon lawmakers took it up two years ago, a bill that would have given farmers relief from the state's minimum wage law proved unexpectedly expensive. Its $244 million price tag was one, but not the only, reason Gov. Ted Kulongoski vetoed it. Kulongoski may well get to rethink that veto....
