In response to Henry E. Kelly's "Cyclists should pay" letter on Feb. 9, I think he is on the right track by suggesting cyclists pay for the expanding of roadways to make room for their efficient, healthy and non-polluting form of transportation. We can't stop here, though. Why not tax....
