Locals crowned at weekend ski race

Several Central Oregon cross-country skiers earned top honors on Saturday at the Buderus Classic citizens' race, hosted by the Central Oregon Nordic Club.

The event, which offered distances of five and 10 kilometers in the classic style, was held at Walt Haring Sno-park in Chemult.
